Presenters Guidelines
Oral presentations
- Regular talks are allocated a total of 25 minutes, consisting of 20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A
- Keynote talks are scheduled for 45 minutes, including discussion
- Please prepare your presentation with a 16:9 aspect ratio, in either PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format to ensure compatibility
- It is recommended to upload the presentation to the conference laptop before the start of the session in which the talk is scheduled
Poster presentations
- Poster boards will be in portrait format (size of boards A0 — 841 mm × 1189 mm)
- Posters can be printed on site on regular or photographic paper (info and cost: Printkultur)
- Poster presenters are encouraged to remain near their posters during coffee breaks and the dedicated poster session
Posters can be displayed for the whole duration of the conference. A dedicated Poster Session is scheduled on the second day of the conference. The full schedule of poster presentations is provided in the detailed Conference Program.
Poster prize
A scientific jury, appointed by the organizing committee, will evaluate all posters and select one to receive the Anton Paar Best Poster Prize, in recognition of outstanding scientific quality, originality, and presentation. The prize will be awarded during the Closing Session.
