Poster sessions
Poster sessions will be scheduled on the first and second day of the conference. The full schedule will be released in July.
Social events
The Welcome Reception will be held in the courtyard and historic buildings of Graz University of Technology (Rechbauerstraße 12), a few minutes' walk from the conference venue. Light refreshments, including snacks as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, will be served.
The Social Dinner will take place at the restaurant Landhauskeller, located in the centre of Graz (Schmiedgasse 9), approximately a 15-minute walk from the conference venue. The dinner is included in the registration fee and is open to accompanying persons at an additional cost. If you plan to bring guests, please contact us in advance to confirm the number of attendees.
Vegetarian and vegan options will be available at both events. We also place a strong emphasis on offering regional and local food and beverages, to support sustainable and environmentally conscious practices.
